3. What were the main points of the talk?                                                                                           There are six scientifically grounded tips for better sleep.

5. What did you learn about the topic of the video?                                                                       I learned how to improve both the quantity and the quality of our sleep.

6. What do you think about the topic?                                                                                                  Looking back on my sleep after listening to this TED talk, I thought my sleep had a lot of problems. 

7. Did you video make you change the way you feel about the topic?                                     Yes, I did. I thought that changing lifestyle habit is difficult, but since all six tips were very simple, I found that sleep is improved by a small change in consciousness.

8. What is a discussion question you want to ask your classmates about the topic?                          I want to ask my classmates, “What are you doing for better sleep?“

    I'm trying to not use my phone in my bed for a long time before sleeping for better sleep. But, these days, I tend to use my phone a lot...So, I thought I try to avoid using my phone and watch dramas for a long time before going to bed for better sleep!

  2. I think sleeping is very important for us. It impacts our daily life. Sleeping early and waking up early is the best.
